Sweet Potato Oven Fries with Sriracha Aioli

Easy, delicious and even relatively healthy. Even the worst of cooks can pull these off.
1 large yam or 2 small yams, scrubbed and cut into 3" x 1/2" sticks $1
1 tbsp olive oil Pantry
1 small bunch flat-leaf parsley, chopped $0.75
4 tbsp. mayonnaise Pantry
1-2 tsp Sriracha or other hot sauce $2 for 10 oz.
Salt and pepper to taste Pantry
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Spread yams on a baking sheet. Drizzle with the olive oil. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crisp out the outside and tender inside. Toss with salt, pepper and parsley.
- To make the aioli, simply stir Sriracha or other chili sauce into mayonnaise and serve alongside the fries.
